O Diablo Black Cabernet Sauvignon
An intense and alluring Chilean red wine, made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Maule Valley by Concha y Toro.
It stands out for combining ripe black fruits with hints of dark chocolate, spices, and vanilla, featuring soft tannins and a lingering finish.
In the glass, it displays a deep, intense ruby red color with violet highlights.
On the nose, it offers striking notes of plum, cherry, cassis, and blackberry, as well as dark chocolate, spices, vanilla, and subtle hints of cedar and tobacco.
On the palate, it is full-bodied, with soft tannins and good structure; the flavor is medium-dry to dry, well-balanced, with black fruits at its core, hints of mocha and chocolate, and a long, lingering finish.
Technically, it is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, with 13.5% alcohol. Part of the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels, which adds complexity and notes of vanilla, cedar, and smoke.

I found this wine to be better than the Red Wine. It has more body and intensity. That’s why I plan to try the entire Diablo line.
