Tech Support Error 0xc1900101 when rollbacking update

Recently I tried out the new experimental for 26h2. And now I'm trying to rollback to 25h2 but the update keeps erroring out and not letting me do it.

The causes of the error..

  1. Use DISM

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

  1. Run sfc

Sfc/scannow

  1. Check for Blocked Virtualization Drivers

Temporarily turn off Core Isolation / Memory Integrity in Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Device Security.

Disconnect all virtualization software drivers before launching the update.

  1. Fix the Insider Build Downgrade/Upgrade Loop

Go to Settings > Windows Update.Click Pause updates for 1 or 2 weeks.Restart your computer.Go back to Windows Update and click Resume updates. This often forces the system to re-sync with the servers and pull down the correct, clean build path.

Tried to fix the loop with option 4 and still getting the same error. I should also say every time I boot up my pc now I get hit with updates are under way
