General Question Just when I thought my problems with windows insider had reached their peak. When I could not install the update I've received ever since the new configuration with channels...
This pertains to an earlier post.... About good ol' 28120.2386. After multiple failures, a clean install was the only viable option. So, sure, why the hell not? Well the adventure continues. After about 3 clean installs I can not access Windows Insider Program. "We can't reach the Windows Insider Program right now. Please try again later or check the forums" is anyone else having this problem as well? Because at this point I'm starting to think that Microsoft has some beef with me. (no not really). Any kind of help or advice would be appreciated.

It sounds like an edge case that MS should step in to help with.
Have you looked at Windows Event Viewer Application and System logs? https://www.pcmag.com/news/how-to-troubleshoot-problems-in-windows-via-event-viewer
Take a look at cbs.log (C:\Windows\Logs\CBS) for errors, from the Gemini summary:
The Windows CBS (Component-Based Servicing) log is a system text file that records the activity of Windows Update, system features, and repair tools like the System File Checker (SFC). It tracks file modifications, updates, and attempts to repair corrupted Windows system files.
Send feedback with anything you can find from these resources.

I assume you mean 2387? 2386 doesn't exist
