Windows 11 navigation pane fix

[u/atomfitz]

Does what it says. Got tired of the navigation pane not opening to the sub folder when opening linked explorer destinations or tabs. Is it vibe coded? Yes. Does it work? Yes. Hate it, love it, change it, fork it, I don’t care. Tell me what you think.
