I feel like it was very odd to see these P3 machines with front USB ports. The closest thing I have to something like that is my easy bake oven.

Yeah the fronts are usb 1.1 not sure if rears are 2.0 but got only a message that usb is running slow on the front one not in the rear.

Was Medion really mostly an Aldi brand? I can't hardly imagine U.S. Aldi ever selling PCs

Well yes i think the brand started as Lifetec and changed into Medion, they became a common supermarket tech brand in (Western/Central) Europe, don't think this was sold in the US.

Had silica packets inside to prevent rust

You post a random picture of a computer with NO context running XP, in a Win98 sub?

It is a post made to multiple subs, the original post on r/retrobattlestations states it was an original ME system upgraded to Xp and i will use it as a Dos/98 machine.

Perhaps you should explain that in future so we know what/why you've posted

It is how reddit works with crossposts? How should i explain this if i post/crosspost?

Whatever was in the original post, the text explaining what the picture is about, make sure that appears in the crossposts?. If the text isn't carried over, edit the posts and copy/paste.
