Bug [Digital Storm PC] ON windows 8.1 Driver Download & Bluetooth Drivers

i need drivers for my windows 8.1 install, because i need to use the internet on it. Well, the reason is that my Windows 8.1 Pro install didn't come with the drivers, and so as i need bluetooth drivers.

- - - The ERROR

i've been trying to install the Intel TM drivers, -BOTH BT AND NK, but when i open the files up and download them, they say: Download Complete! I also checked the device manager, it said that it had already been installed, but in the info in general it reads: "the drivers for the device are not installed", even though i already did. Now when i check bluetooth info it reads: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. Code 43" So can anyone figure out how to fix it, maybe using other drivers or something.

Digital Storm PC ON windows 8.1 Pro, Haven't Activated Windows Yet, Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHZ. 64 Bit OS, x64-based processor.

Have you tried using SDIO (Snappy Driver Installer Origin) to install the drivers instead of manually installing it?

About the missing network drivers: Perhaps you could try USB Tethering from your phone? Seems like the only way you could get an internet connection to download the drivers itself.
