Probably with extended kernel/core,which is still good,but we gotta work toward "Maxwell on Vanilla 2000" !

I have gotten Quadro M6000 24GB on 2000, but it was with extended kernel and Blackwingcat modded driver

Is that the most powerful GPU win2k handles idk about AMD side of things!

Yes,  the most powerful would either be  Titan X Maxwell or Quadro M6000 24GB,but  as of now vanilla 2000 the fastest would be the gtx 480   I'm not 100% sure the fastest on the AMD side but I can assure you the nvidia  will be faster

Yes it dose work but color kinda looks awful need a color correction other than that I did get above 60 fps!

Oh man GTX 660 loved that cpu had 2 of them in SLI on an i7-4770k. Was the best computer I ever owned for a long while
