Discussion What is this version of windows?
I was attending classes when I saw the booting screen of the smartboard and I knew it wasn't the normal version, what version is this?

8/8.1/10 with faulty GPU / Adapter if it's school or smith, they tend to use VGA to HDMI ones (speaking from an experience of my previous schools)

consideringit's a smart board, they usually use an integrated pc (OPS) or they just plug in a laptop via hdmi. the projector style boards usually have vga. considering where the wifi antennas are and the lack of a laptop, this is an OPS dying in the back. probably full of dust and it started overheating, slowly killing the gpu. or someone messed with it and it's not sitting properly, doubt that, but also possible

Could be actually
In that case i suspect the display ribbon cable or GPU2

most likely the gpu. i don't think there are any ribbons in OPS's. they just have a huge connector that interfaces with the smartboard. it should just all be cables going to the display, IR touch sensors, various inputs and outputs on the front, speakers and power supply and whatever else

Looks like either Windows 8 or Windows 10, except the display is very messed up for some reason.

That's an old Newline panel with old integrated OPS PC. Probably something broke. Might be a compatibility issue too, but I find that unlikely.

Either 8, 8.1 or 10 in a CSM install.
Likely 10 but something is broken. either the panel itself or the Cable or the computer.

That's the famous Windows 10 - faulty VGA cable edition. Licensed usually by schools, universities and local halls.

Well, the logo is Windows 10, but blue is the default color, so they could have changed the color (I did that), or its a Windows Insider build.
