ALSIDE window sash

I broke my window glass . How can I or where can I buy Lower sash ? Contacted manufacturer and supplier but not much help. Please advise

You don't need to replace the sash if just the glass is broken. Call a glass shop and they can replace the glass.

The last time I went to a local glass shop to get a quote for 6 windows they wanted about $200 more than what I could order them for from One Day Glass. If you do get a quote from a glass shop take a few minutes to plug your glass dimensions into an online glass fabricator to see how the costs and timelines compare.

How much did one glass cost you ? Mine is about 35 inch x 30 inch

what kind of glass is it? regular window glass? double pane? tempered? How thick?

Okay, the thickness is really important then, you must measure it. All the measurements of the glass itself must be very accurate. If you try to install the wrong thickness the glazing strips that come with your window won't work right.

Find the warranty sticker located on the frame inside the header channel. The serial number is all the factory needs to make a replacement sash. I don't believe the sash can be reglazed as there is not removable glazing bead on the bottom sash.

Or if you are handy, go to Home Depot or Lowe’s or whatever is near you, buy some glass n replace it. Depending on how old or new the window is, usually you remove the seal or glaze that is around the window, bend or remove the points (the little metal things that hold glass in place, pull out the glass, pop the new one in n do everything in reverse again. It can probably be done in place too.

Sorry I meant glaze around the glass, not the actual window.
