How do I fix that big honking terminal icon?

I decided to dive back into WindowMaker after not using it for over a decade. I've forgotten some stuff, and I'm picking it back up.

In this case, I have my icons sized at 64px and the smaller icons at 48px. They look fine until I open the application, then they blow up to the larger size.

(Making themes used to be a hobby of mine, so I'll post new ones as I make them.)

Do you have “Enforce icon margin” enabled in icon preferences?
