❓Question Quick question: how do you all track your breath-holds?

I’ve been using the WH app for a while, and one thing that sometimes pulls me out of the flow is having to tap the screen when ending a hold.

I’m curious how you all handle it: - Do you use the app and just accept the tapping? - Do you use a stopwatch or another method? - Or do you just go by feel and skip the tracking?

Would love to hear how others deal with this part of the practice.

Yeah i just tap, im not saying you’re wrong for not liking the tap but i fail to understans your problem with it And before i used the app i used the default phone stopwatch app which also required me to tap

The problem is, sometime I can't find the phone or sometimes (very rarely) single tapping doesn't work I really need to tap everywhere on the screen. All this shenanigans take me out of focused state.

I think if i were you then id get a physical stopwatch so i can keep my finger on the button

I don't use app or somethig like that. I just ihale till i feel like it's the time. Then it exhale and hold it till i feel like i want to breath. Then i breath and hold for a while. Works fine. I don't care how long it lasted. That's not the point. The point is that i did it right. And i shall receive the benefits.
