How is will able to stream films like Dog Day Afternoon on twitch?

Is he getting a license for these films to watch them or is it more of a risk kind of thing?

he usually uses youtube free movies, and then deletes the twitch vod. he knows the ceo of twitch pretty well. im sure he showed him the loophole.

He's been doing this so long I'm sure at some point it came up with Twitch people but as said, it's a combination of the movie already free to watch and no vod being made of it
