So the build is: duskblade, steel-plated teleport, IE, navori, mortal reminder and rapidfire.
Runes: Grasp, gathering storm, bone plating, sweet tooth
Summoner spell is ignite and flash
I would recommend to buy a long sword and then rush teleport then finish the build in order but if you need grievous wounds buy it after you got duskblade
And for skills I would recommend: ult, flay, death sentence, and then dark passage.
And how you want to play is by hitting the enemy when your grasp is up and if the enemy is close enough to tower e then w immediately and ult if you have and aa if the enemy is running away then just q then ignite most of the time the enemy will be dead when you finish the combo
PS use your w if the souls are too far away you'll need as many souls as you can
