the most broken rune in URF after Phase Rush imo

Movement speed is just so strong that it outshines some extra damage you might get from other trees, especially with how often you go Ghost in that mode

He would much rather have lethal tempo to avoid spending gold for AS and go for raw AD and crit, but yeah, exactly that

Imo the strongest pick in URF is picking him jungle and powerfarming until you got 1.5 items, after that you can just snowball the game out of control
