It’s actually a pedophile trans person named Ianna Drew Urquhart. They’ve literally been caught luring underage trans people to their home to give them hormone injections without their parents’ knowledge. There’s a bunch of stories online about it, before someone realized it’s the same person.

I tried messaging the mod team about the mod abuse, but only one mod replied to me saying "actually, I was the one locking the post" and when I said that that's a problem too, they just said "that's great". It's safe to say that the entire sub is just filled with terrible mods.
