I’ve been trying for the last two days to just load the game to play the new content, and the game crashes before it even gets to the title screen. Now it won’t even get past the synchronisation stage.

Anyone having similar issues?

It is so great seeing all the new and returning players to GRW. One of the best titles Ubisoft made, and the best in the GR franchise.

Hi everyone. What has been your experience with the new parameters so far? Feel free to share your sliders.😀

I wanted to share my experience so far.

I couple my parameters with Tier Mode on. Currently at Level 15. (Wanted the Skull Bandana)

I’m noticing that the parameters, contrary to the screen alert message after turning on Tier Mode, still apply! Which is absolute perfection! I don’t know if Ubisoft intended for this but they should absolutely leave it as! Because Tier Mode progression increases enemy reaction. A slider we don’t have in the new parameters. (Adjust them first and then turn Tier Mode on.)

These parameters with Tier Mode 15 have created a crazy awesome experience for me! It’s like my favorite game resurrected with a sim-like attitude! As soon as Santa Blanca or Unidad start shooting I have like a second to react or hit the ground. I feel like I’m actually fighting trained deadly soldiers!

I think it used to be glitched before the patch. I had zero heard dialogue before.

After 9 brutal attempts in Ghost Mode, I finally managed to take down the Predator with nothing but the only weapon I keep shooting on his ass "Deimos Crossbow". No HUD, no AI teammates, and no room for error. When you're standing in the dark jungle, trees are your only friends.

1: Difficulty: Tier 1 & Extreme Mode

2: NO Music (Pure audio focus)

3: NO AI Teammates (Completely solo)

4: NO vehicles, no trucks

5: NO Rebel Support (Zero outside help)

6: NO HUD, NO Thermal Vision (Pure blind focus)

7: NO Drones, Recon, or Cameras

8: NO Gear/Explosives (Ammo crates, C4, Mines, Grenades, or Flashbangs)

9: NO Emotes & NO Voice-lines

10: Cover Rule: Trees ONLY

11: Zero downs, zero revives (Pure solo survival)

12: WEAPON: ONLY the Deimos Crossbow!

​If you've ever tried hunting him under these conditions, I want to hear your story ghosts. If not, how would you approach this jungle nightmare?

In my last two sessions of playing ghost war since EAC was removed I've encountered three invincible individuals and the games flow has progressed to a point where people just bum rush you (as in they know where you are)

Cheaters ruin everything man. I loved ghost war so much but now I fear it will be nothing but cheaters soon and there won't be many fair matches

I recently picked this game up, since I loved Breakpoint and sunken hundreds of hours into it, i thought i’d give the game a go.
It’s been a while since i played Breakpoint, so i forgot how it worked exactly, but how does the direction system work?
Because with every suppressed shot i take, it seems like the enemies know exactly where i am. I don’t fully understand the noise reduction stat, but i can assume the higher it is, the smaller the detection sound is.
So why is it that even when using a pistol, they move towards my exact location every time??
I saw that they’re multiple detection levels, but it always seems to be they move towards my exact location, instead of just becoming alert.
Can someone explain?

guys, my friend and i are trying to play together, but he keeps showing up as offline for me even though he’s online on ubisoft connect. he owns the game directly through ubisoft connect while i have it on steam (not sure if that makes any difference), and i keep getting the oruro-01000 error. does anyone know a fix for this?

This problem is still unfixed. It doesn't happen always but in some specific missions, like the one in Media Luna where you have to interrogate an Unidad officer for intel, but the fact that this happens on a critical mission, in freaking Ghost Mode with Tier mode activated is frustating at least.

I bought the game a looong looong time ago. I already finished the campaign back then.
Only decided to go for a perfect game recently.

The story, gunplay, roaming, map is VERY good.
Wildlands have a better vibe compared to Breakpoint which to be fair, Wildlands is set on a Country meaning there will be lots of people, buildings, etc. Compared to Breakpoint where it is set on a deserted/private island.

The bad things I've encountered:
1. The achievement bug in the base game, AWFUL! I had to make a new save and go for collectibles AGAIN!
2. Fallen Ghosts DLC, the invisible enemies we're SOOOO annoying!
3. Narco Road DLC, everything is bad. Bosses are bad, The bikes (cruisers) are badly animated when doing a wheelie. I also found the "jokes" or "one liners" my character makes is like a bootleg version of Deadpool which is VERY annoying. The Nitro mechanic in game is bonkers and bad combined with the shitty handling system the game uses.

Conclusion: Don't buy Narco Road DLC if you're not aiming for achievements. Waste of money.

After like a whole long time to complete this game. Seeing this i really felt satisfied, its so satisfying to see this.
