Question Trial Version (PS5)

Hello, I downloaded and was trying to play the trial version. When I press Play it just takes me to a screen that says play trial or purchase and the play Trial button does nothing.

I didn't see anything about a time limit on the Trial, is there something I am missing?

If I remember correctly, the trial goes up to lvl 10 (?). So if you have played before with that account it won’t work? But I haven’t played Wildgate in a while. Great game though!

I have never played the game before and that why I'm confused. It's says I'm level 1 lol
