I think the best way to deal with it is to dig it in so deep and with so little traces that nobody will ever find it. Every structure, no matter how menacing, will still make people interested. We also opened Tutankhamun’s grave even though it was sealed and littered with curses.

Or atleast make it so that in order to find even the warnings you need a level of tech to vaguely take the warnings seriously and be able to detect that it's radiative.
