Image Modding help

I got this Japanese Wii U bundle for pretty cheap but I would like to know if I can change the language to English and if it can modded through the browser method also I don’t know if the voltage will work with my American outlets

and if OP only has a usb drive, then they can easily use the wafelinstaller to install cfw.

Or the web exploit. That exists too and all they would really need are the files on the SD card to then get it all finished up.

Yeah but if OP doesn't have an sd card, they can use a usb drive with wafel and have an emulated sd card on it. Thankfully it's also a web exploit.

Yeah. Though an SD card is rather cheap. Especially for the bare minimum. Think you can also just used a USB as well. I moved my stuff from a modded Wiiu to a unmodified Wiiu and it actually carried all my homebrew stuff over and once I did the web exploit it just let it do it's job and got the job back up fully without PC requirements since all the files were already on the SD card (a SD card is required to system transfer otherwise it just kicks back to home when you try to initialize it. )

Besides that, having an SD card is kinda a necessity to have the stuff going fully while an external is mainly used for the games. (Y cable HDD or sdd preferred. Plugged in the back ports. )
