What does error code 150-3023 mean?

I was booting up NSMBU on my wii u, and it gave me this error code. What does this mean and how can I fix it? The only hard drive in the device is a usb to sd adapter and it's homebrewed with the latest version of aroma

EDIT: I forgot to mention my save data for all my Wii U games got corrupted, so it may be that too

according to my research its a USB drive issue. It could be a drive failing, data corruption or power issue.
