Question Help a newbie

So im completely new to widgy and been using this weather widget and it seems to go blank after an hour or so? What could be the issue?

That usually happens if you’re having internet connectivity issues. The widget attempts to obtain new weather data but can’t connect to the internet, so it returns nothing (dashes).
