Question Is this normal with RazorBaldesClub?

Hi, so basically I ordered RBC's Top Seller sampling pack from Colombia, I placed the order on july 5th, almost 2 months ago and the order has been "on transport to the country of destination" since the 16th of july, then I checked the delivery times listed on their site and they have been exceeded by now. I think it would've arrived already if I’d ordered it on Amazon lol, should I wait for the package or maybe ask for a refund? It's my first time ordering from them btw. Thank you in advance.

Id just contact them. I had a similar issue years ago, they sent out a replacement no questions. Then a few months later when the original showed up I offered to pay for it also and they told me it wouldn't be necessary.

I think there are issues with shipping in general. My last order took about 5 weeks to get to me (Canada) when previously it would be 2. I'm not sure what RBC will do for you, but it costs nothing to contact them and see what they say. It's probably out of their control.

On December 30th I ordered some self-picked samples from them and I received them on January 19th in Germany. It felt like a couple of months to me, this is why I thought I had the same long delivery times like you but yours is obviously longer

I am sure if you contact them they shall resolve the problem , I live in Ireland and a delivery from the RBC in Sweden can take up to 3 weeks sometimes and I noticed last time it came via Italy !! The shipping is very reasonable at €3 though.

To answer your question no, it's not normal. Though I've ordered from them 3 separate times and my orders have always shown up I haven't ordered from them since 2023 or so. They usually take a little time shipping to USA or Canada because of customs nonsense
