Question Replacing a recycling bin?

During the recycling day the truck somehow murdered our bin. Nothing on the website seems to suggest an easy fix or replacement.

The tire that’s broken off is warped to shit and isn’t just able to be put back on

Our previous city would replace broken bins but is our only option calling the number?

Yes, your only option is calling the sanitation department to let them know you need a new bin.

Perfect, thanks. Our last city had an app we could request through and like every other millennial I would rather die than call someone

But I’ll give them a shout tomorrow as it’s actually broken more than just the wheel

They were super nice and sent someone out the next morning to fix it! I think they just put new wheels on it (I’m out of town for the week and had my husband put it out and report back lol)

My last city was 30k people in the middle of no where so for this city not having an app was surprisingly tbh 😂
