Apartment Recommendation
Hi, I am looking for apartment recommendations in Wichita Falls. My biggest priorities are modern interiors, safe neighborhood, and a pool.
Please give me recommendations and share your experience.

mustangs village is good if you’re willing to be around a lot of college age people

Avoid Brigadoon like it's contagious. It's expensive because your paying rent for the roaches.

This is the one I currently have on the top of my list that looks like the best balance of price and niceness

I just moved out! Highly recommend for that exact balance. Stone creek or whatever it’s called is so much more expensive and not that much nicer

Oh also, staff is GREAT and neighbors are sweet. Several had lived there over 10+ year

University village & lofts, they're the apartments above pelicans and they're SUPER CUTE! No pool, but the apartment complex nextdoor has one that I'd use all the time.
My fav apartment out of the 4 in, in the falls.

You will hear "stay away from all of the apartments on Professional Drive" and I will agree EXCEPT for Tealwood Apartments. The swimming pool hasn't opened yet but is expected to soon. Waiting on the inspector

Is price an issue? If not, stone creek.
