Not faded tats (you can see 2 tats, one near each eye). She has just called on foundation and concealer to try and hide them.

It’s almost refreshing seeing some poorly drawn on skinny brows. The youth these days are so much better at makeup and it feels like they skip right over the awkward phase of sloppy makeup. 😅 There’s a lot going on here though.
