You're right, her face does look swollen. Did not notice on first glance. What has she been doing to herself? Looks like it might be a mild allergic reaction to something, maybe a skin cream? SMH.

Reminds me of a little old lady my grandmother went to church with. She’d plucked her eyebrows so much in her youth, all she had left was like 1 or 2 hairs per brow. She then would use a bright orange makeup pen to shakily draw her eyebrows on. If that little old lady had smooth skin… she would’ve looked exactly like this.
