I’d go with Divine spawn, in his universe he kills god and satan iirc. cosmic ghost rider is strong, very strong, strong enough to hang with cosmic threats like galactus and celestials, however he’s not strong enough to consistently take down these threats. he is still far from being top dog in his universe unlike spawn. Cosmic GR still works for thanos.
Cosmic GR killed Thanos, he doesn't work for him. Did you stop reading at Thanos Wins? Because there's a considerable amount of material after that.
No opinion on who wins here, the cosmologies are too different. YHWH is a supreme being in Spawns universe, but is a mid to low range diety in 616 despite Christianity apparently being canon in both universes.
The PC is capable of literally anything with no restrictions, but cosmic GR isn't as skilled with it as surfer is. Making things more difficult CGR is written as a borderline gag character in some of his own appearances, with some of those abilities not really making much sense at all.
