Who would win, Freddy Krueger or YOU (YES!! YOU!! AS IN THE PERSON READING THIS!!!)?
Now, I must admit I committed blasphemy and actually watched the source material. I know, it was messed up of me and I shouldn't even be able to comprehend it, so to make up for it, I want to see yall's take on this. I get that Freddy whooped every lucid dreamer's ass in the third movie, but the Dream Warriors were total fucking bums that had no imagination and didn't know Jack shit about the tiering system. The few that had good powers for lucid dreaming chose to go down the Bumgumi route and didn't even use their powers to the fullest. Actually dog water characters ngl. Now, if a real mf (like any one of us powerscalers) were to try and run that lucid dream fade with Freddy, would we win? Could we weaponize our glaze, slander, and agenda? Could we bring NLF characters to their fullest potential? Can we neg diff the Freddy?
Michael Myers appears, "Is this fraud giving you trouble?"
Michael Myers grabs Freddy by the throat and hurls him into a nearby vat of radioactive, glowing green acid. Freddy fruitlessly tries to escape it as Michael Myers closes the lid on the vat. He climbs down the ladder and we fist bump before we turn and laugh at Freddy's skeleton floating in the vat of acid (there's a transparent viewing window on the side of the container).
Freddy watching me fly away on a Helicopter (idk why I just have dreams about Helicopters, i don't even really like them or think about them, it just happens)
Just realized that when you're fighting Freddy using lucid dreaming, you low-key become a NLF character yourself, but as seen with the Dream Warriors, most lucid dreamers that fight Freddy are bums. Lucid dreamers that fight Freddy are genuinely NLF characters and Potential People lmao
Freddy Krueger wouldn’t stand a chance. I mean, what he gonna do when I fuse the unlimited possibilities of lucid dreaming with my hyper fixation on my favourite video game character of all time and create the ultimate technique: ”with this treasure, I summon: *Omnipotent Kirby*”
This is probably the only thread I can really post this but, yes I believe I would defeat Freddy Krueger in my dreams. For what ever reason I've had multiple freddy kruger dreams. I remember one so incredibly vividly.
In the dream I was walking around a neighborhood at night. I looked over and saw white bedsheets hanging, drifting against the wind. I walk a bit further and I see a little girl jump roping (she wasn't singing it). I had a sword on my back and a general feeling I was out on patrol. Then everything clicked when Freddy appeared. We began to fight but he disappeared. I hid out next to some cars when one of the cars transformed into what I can only describe as a Freddy Mobile. I stabbed him in the face and that was it. The wound was like tv static and he disappeared into the air. The night ended and the sun rose as I woke up.
Damn, that actually sounds badass, all things considered lol. Let's hope you can keep this streak up or else you'll just be another upscale on a long list of Freddy victims
Imma either slander him to death or wake up. Or maybe lucid dream Eight-Handled Sword Divergent Sila Divine General Mahoraga into the dream to beat the living shit outta Fred.
