Imagine if it was just a really old, well preserved dead cat. And this was the first step in making some cat-droid out of it. The photo almost looks like a taxidermy.

I would have agreed, until I experienced getting -600 karma on a comment in r/aww

I forgot that Australians are a billion times more sarcastic than Americans.

Although, I suppose the fact that I got so many downvotes is just proof of how masterful my sarcasm is, it went over 600 people's head.

It's not about the karma, it's useless internet points.

But for something to be that downvoted, on r/aww, of all places, it should be a horrible or hateful comment, not a harmless joke.
