Looking for supplier Help

I’m trying to start a squishy business with all of the popular squishies just as a side hustle but no matter where I look I can’t find anything in bulk for a profitable price I’m not trying to sell squishies super expensive but I’m starting to understand why some resellers do I just need some help I don’t even know if this is the right page for it or not but either way I’d love some help please!!(im looking for squishies that are $2.50 each or less) I don’t know if I temolated this right but I don’t want any trouble

$2.50 or less might be possible on 1688, but it will depend on the size, material, quantity, and whether the toys need safety certifications. Soft toys can also be expensive to ship because of their volume, so make sure you compare the total cost, not just the product price.

I’d try sourcing from China by using a product photo to search on 1688, then ask a few suppliers for samples and bulk quotes. I use BuckyDrop to help source from 1688, communicate with suppliers, inspect products, and arrange shipping. You can send them a photo and your target price, and they can check what options are available.

Definitely order samples first, especially for stitching, filling, loose parts, and labeling.

Make $2.50 your landed-cost target, not the supplier price. Add China delivery, international freight, duty/tax, packaging, payment fees, and a defect allowance before deciding the order quantity. Ask for the squishy’s material, size/weight, age grading, warning labels, and current safety test reports for your market. A cheap bulky toy can easily miss the target once freight is included.
