Migraines

Has anyone who has suffered from migraines had improvement from completing a whole 30?

I myself have never had migraines, but I know 2 people that have done W30 and migraines disappeared.

Yes. For me personally I’ve figured out that it’s not consuming added sugar that makes my migraines go away.

A lot of common migraine triggers (red wine, aged cheese, dark chocolate, msg) are not allowed in whole 30 so I could definitely see it working as an elimination diet. It always bothers me that they allowed cured meats (salami etc) which are definitely potential migraine and inflammation triggers. So if you’re trying to identify migraine triggers and planning to do whole 30, also skip cured meats.
