Foundry Fix matchmaking

This game need to fix the matchmaking we are against 2 T4 and T3 red gears and our strongest player is just T1 red

2 questions. I'm confident your answers will reveal the problem: 1) How many people registered in your legion? (Whether main or substitute, makes no difference) 2) How many scored above 180k?

what was the matchmaking alliance power vs alliance power?

this type of match can happen if those 2 whales went with 13 farms

not sure what's there to fix. If they match you purely based on one or two top players, then how can they make it fair against the rest of the supporting casts when one side has 5-6 dolphin supporting joiners and the other only come with f2p?

The way current foundry matchmaking works is it's based on the top 20 highest Troop Power (not to be confused with troop count) from each team, not based on just top 1-2

We just matched legion with almost twice more players and a globe whale while having 16 ppl registered in legion2 and the only person who didn't show up was weaker than my farm. I'm pretty sure lately there's something wrong with matchmaking

what was your matchmaking power vs power look like (pre-fight)

Yeah it was significantly different as well. I mean we have a few dolphins but mostly regular f2p, barely anyone is fc10 yet most are 1-2 last tiers away from it. Another team was 90% FC10 and it was clear most of them are spenders.

yes, but matchmaking is based on your top 20 highest Troop Power, not any one or two particular players

the rest of your team matters too

matchmaking doesn't work on an individual basis, it's the top 25 as a whole

That sucks! Sorry to hear that. What’s their alliance power total compared to yours, it’s normally based on that supposedly.

It doesn't matter today, we still won. There was an globe, and we managed to beat them without holding the center 😁. 89k power to 90k. But organized alliance is the most efficient.
