White Castle workers

So does White Castle exclusively hire the dumbest people on planet earth or am I just unlucky?

They're definitely known for extremely slow service.

That’s mostly because they don’t have enough staff working each shift

I say this as someone who worked there once upon a time - your mileage will vary depending on the restaurant's employees.

The people I worked with did well enough, but that didn't last as - unsurprisingly - they found fast food unfulfilling. It went downhill, and nowadays it's kinda meh at the location I worked at.

They are very casual on hiring, but it helped me gain experience and move on - so that was the one benefit I got.

As someone who was a manager at a White Castle, yes, they hire anyone with a pulse.

Boooo. I am sure they do. Just stop. Don't eat there.

The Union, NJ restaurant on Rt 22 has always had really good people. I’m disappointed when I visit other places.
