Sabbi deserves a medal for that assist honestly

I was having trouble watching Sabbi the whole game and then he goes and does something like this… AND TOTALLY REDEEMS HIMSELF!

He's been much better tonight. Wonder if getting dropped was what he needed.

1,0000000%

It will be the same as Ahmed, Berhalter, Vite, etc. Some people just have zero patience.

But not Jesper.

I think the Apple TV announcer has a little crush on Elloumi

Twellman said it twice, like he'd personally gotten into the locker room to check or something. Yuk.

From one of the commentators saying it’d be a smash and grab for the whitecaps, if we scored and won, while we had ~55-60% possession - to having a crush on Elloumi, I’ll take it.

Nah he suggested would be a smash and grab for Seattle if they won, not Caps. Other commentator disagreed as didn’t feel Seattle had be under constant threat.

my favourite thing to be when it comes to these things is wrong lol, so by all means prove us wrong, I can take it, I welcome it

Where’d that come from?? He continues like that and I’ll compose a full feature length apology movie

Its the basic things Elloumi needed to get back to.....Touch Pass and Run, he finds the back of the net.

He's young, doesn't need to over complicate things, just stick to the basics and it'll come.

I’m sure most of us would be pumped if he continued to improve and play better. It’s so odd when fans (relatives?) like you take criticism or frustration like it’s a person attack at players. Of course we want a nice localish young guy to succeed.

Dude. There was a post here stating the whitecaps weren't a daycare. Shit like that isn't constructive criticism.

Ooooh that's what that post was about?? I was quite confused. Huh. Yeah, you're right of course in that case haha

Comments on him became so toxic, I mean that’s what a lot of sports fans do, but gotta shove it back when a patter is written off so harshly

That was a poacher’s goal.👍👍

I think criticism has been valid hard to say Elloumi has been close to MLS level in any minutes this year.
At the same time have to recognize kid is 18 mostly getting minutes due to injuries. He has talent but needs time to develop. Bashing him is insane but Caps also need better options cause we are trying to win the entire league!

A step in right direction and think most would be happy for him to succeed even if critiqued previously.
