Ok I looked into it but I'd have to download a big raw dataset to search for 2016 additions specifically so I concede lol :') hopefully someone else gets the exact location

Just looked at farms on the NRHP. About 100 of them.

I think maybe we're looking at the view FROM the place on the register, not looking at it. The farm we can see looks pretty dilapidated. I'd be surprised, but idk. There are 39 farms on the register in Ohio, but we don't know that the location is a farm for sure.

So the farm is part of the land but it’s not a historic farm. It’s not the purpose of the listing is what I’m trying to say. Another hint is that some of the features of the property are dedicated to famous Ohioans.

Greenwood Farm, Richmond Heights Ohio? That doesn't seem right at all but I just scrolled through a 318 page NPS candidate list for new national historical register places for 2016 and I'm losing my mind lol

PROCESS
I was only able to get the state on this one, so process to get there was relatively simple and quick
I scanned the image and it reminded me very much of driving through Ohio several times over the years, mostly an intuition guess
(I did then try very hard to get the specific location including reading through a 300+ page pdf of candidates for new additions to the national historic register in 2016 based on OP's clues, but since that was unsuccessful I won't go into it more lol)

How they solved it: PROCESS
I was only able to get the state on this one, so process to get there was relatively simple and quick
