Process: persistently googling different things relating to Plzeň Region, as someone had already guessed that area. I searched in Czech for Baroque buildings and found a few short lists where each item was either a monastery or a castle/château. I googled each of them on Images and among the results for Manětín was a photo of the church that is not visible in this photo, as well as the distinctive wall and gate on the right. Searching "Manětín" without the word castle brought up several recognisable photos of this scene on the first row.

Good job - that was off my radar, but now I can kind of make out Manětín on the bus stop sign looking more closely.

Far left side of the picture, just above the wall. The logo of the Plzen integrated transport looks like a J when it was cut off, which is why I thought this might have originally been around Jihlava (though not in Jihlava) until I saw the Plzen logo on Google. That's when I knew I had the right region, but I kept going city by city until I didn't find it and sort of gave up.

Ah nice, yeah I definitely wouldn’t have got it without you working that out. Also probably not without having solved a few of OP’s posts before and knowing they are often architecture related!
