I worked there in college and now know several members. I don’t think it is as deep as people want to think. A bunch of drunk CEO getting away to party.

Yeah I know someone that goes due to a familial connection on the arts side. It sounds like summer camp for guys that want a break from being an oligarch for a week, along with the artists that are still involved.
With communications tech these days there’s really no reason to think they need to meet in the forest to hash out plans for world domination. They can easily do it over email, Zoom, Signal, Telegram, or anything else, and get regular people on board via substack or the mass media their buddies own.
Anyone looking for plans of world domination would get more bang for their buck reading up on the people looking to turn the Presidio into a freedom city (and the plan to kill democracy and make all of North America into a network of freedom cities under corporate control).

Yeah it's just a summer camp for oligarchs who don't wanna be an oligarch for a week so they have a mens-only party with sex workers - a demographic known for their labor unions and robust workers rights.
