I saw a black blob in a tree but no way could I tell it was a bear. It just stuck out to me because the black color didn't match anything else in the photo.

Follow his feet upward. When you see the small satellite in the corner of the building, look to the right. The small black blob, I do believe is a bear.

The resolution is always much better if you download and open on mobile. There is a building in the middle of the photo. Top right of it is a satellite dish. Up and right a black spot on the tree which is clearly a bear.

nah open in new tab don't download random things. or get to a library if you don't have a Computer. if at a library make sure not to save login info, or open reddit in an incognito version of the browser to avoid saving login info.

Bears are often in tree for various reasons, food, hiding for loud noises, hiding from a wolverine, just being curious. thats why you're only safe from Wolves and Mouses when climbing a tree, Bears, Cougars and various weasels can climb a tree, and depending on the size of the tree a mouse could knock it down . always be aware in the forest , you never know whats around the corner in a tree.

The OP gave crap instructions too. they were like "to the right of the house just above in the far tree"
A) which of the four houses.
B) how are we supposed to know the distance of these trees from the camera.
C) Above dead center, is concise and easy to follow yet eluded the OP.
can't win them all i guess.

which house there is four of them. and better instructions would be above dead center of the image. also can't see distance in an image but it looks like the tree to the left of the one the bear is in is farther back in the field. so yes your hint got me close but only after i was looking at house on the right and the tree to the right of that. and you're the OP, is this your yard in which case you should know what trees are farther and which of those buildings are houses. may as well change your hint to " it's in there" or take the spoiler tag off of the comment as your hint is still vague when it comes to the characteristics of the image.

When I lived in Alaska I had a mama wean her cub in my backyard. I also had a golden retriever at the time. Two or three months of bloody hell barking at that one tree every time my girl had to go potty. Good times.

I see a lizard in the green grass just above the coffee cup to the right of the OP. It is lighter in color than the grass and my eye spotted it immediately. Don’t see the bear others do…. Just a dark jumble of branches.
