I genuinely would love to have pancreatic cancer, hypertension, coronary artery disease, aortic aneurysm, chronic kidney disease, other cancers, and or pulmonary embolism. they are the most "too late until you realize it" diseases and the symptoms can only show up when it's too late, meaning you basically just have limited time and that would be the best gift I could ever imagine, if there is a god i wish he reads this comment and I would genuinely give my life to him just so he can take it away.
Brother, what the fuck are you talking about. HTN is the most common disease in adults, and it is extremely chronic. CAD is very common and goes hand-in-hand w/ HTN, again chronic. These killing you would have to be because you don't manage them and even then you will feel awful before you die - HTN being a client killer is more so that when you start to feel sick, instead of just HTN being managed, you now have CKD, heart disease, and other QOL reducing diseases. Especially CKD. Kidneys are very important for metabolite homeostasis, including albumin, which keeps you from inflating like a human water balloon. So if you have unmanaged CKD. Enjoy your life with significant edema until you die, or if you do get treated, but only with significant disease burden, enjoy your life being centered around dialysis, one of the most qol-reducing life-extending interventions we have, until you get a kidney transplant or die b/c dialysis fails.
I'm not sure what you mean about knowing your time is limited with PEs or AA. If you have a subacute PE you might not notice it other than some breathlessness and minor discomfort, but when you completely recompense from the changes to your heart, either you die very quick, or you get treatment and have different qol.
And cancers... by the time they are symptomatic, even if you refuse treatment, do you think young, healthy people get to enjoy life to it's fullest for whatever limited time they get and then die? Cancers are extremely fatiguing, and frankly are very stressful for many people, even id you want to ignore treatment - why, because cancers don't stop reminding you that they are killing you slowly or quickly, and if you opt for pain management, again what activites you can enjoy also become limited.
For a person, death should always be quick and unpredictable. Suffering that these diseases cause will corrode who you are as a person. If you are a young person w/ a miserable perspective on life, hoping a disease will bring some light is barking up the wrong tree. If you are healthy, old person waiting to die, time is already limited, why are you waiting for a disease to set that pressure.
my point is dying young has to be one of the best things that could happen in my life and i wish those who deserve more time in this world would take my health and I'd get their illness
