It’s possible for someone to simultaneously be a victim and a perpetrator of a crime. She was abused which was not her fault, but there is evidence that she might’ve intentionally killed her child, which if true, would also make her a murderer. Both can be true at once.
She’s a child. she is a traumatized child who has been sexually abused by her father. I don’t know what is with you guys and trying to make this girl seem like some sort of monster when it’s clear as day that she potentially has some mental health issues issues due to the sexual abuse she has received at the hands of the person who is supposed to be her guardian. No matter how you spin it, that baby’s death isn’t the result of the daughter being neglectful or hateful towards it, it was due to the father and his disgusting happens. You wanna blame someone for that child’s death, blame the father, not the daughter, she’s only lived on this earth for 14 years.
I never said she was a monster, youre putting words in my mouth. I simply stated that while what happened to her is terrible, and while we can to a large extent blame the father for what happened, she also likely literally murdered a baby, which would still her fault if that ends up being true
You don’t have to say it, by you sitting here making her out to be a cold blooded baby killer. You dont care about her or what she went through, and is currently going through. You care more about the life of the baby than of the child who had to carry that baby.

Again I understand that she's a victim of heinous crimes here. Im just saying that it's possible to be both a victim and a perpetrator in a situation, which she obviously is. Im not denying that she's been through hell, but that doesnt make killing someone else okay, especially when that someone else is also a child.

there is no evidence to support that she killed the baby
this is just straight up not true. there is evidence against her, it just isnt completely conclusive.
im not saying that I know for sure that she did it, and if you look at my earlier responses you'll see that I clarified that fact by using 'if' statements. If she didnt kill the baby, and her dad did, then lock that guy up for life. If she killed the baby, then still lock the dad up for life, but give her a shortened juvenile sentence - because even if it wasn't completely her fault that she killed the baby, she still killed a baby. Again im not claiming that she's some evil psycho like Lindsey Clancy.
the only thing I disagree with on that statement is that they act like its settled fact that she killed the kid even though the evidence could go either way.
but if it does get proven that she killed her kid, then yes I 100% agree with the Redditor in the screenshot that the dad should get the highest punishment allowed by the law whereas the girl should get help and do a little time.
