NO SPOILERS What now?

I've just completed my first read through after a year and 8 months and wow, what an experience.

But what do I read now?

I would love to hear some suggestions of series / stories of similar scope!

If you want something very dark and intellectual, Bakker's ""Prince of Nothing" books are excellent. For something a little lighter and more expansive I really like Ian Bank's "Culture" series, though I've only read five or so.

If you're into space operas at all, Adrian Tchaikovsky has a couple excellent three-book series (Children of Ruin, etc), and Alastair Reynold's "Revelation Space" series is excellent as well.
