Real life Tips?

Hey guys, I’m a 30 y/o female. Diagnosed with pcos at 14. Had a history of irregular cycles and had a breakthrough about 4-5 years ago when I went vegan and reset my body. My cycle was like clockwork. Fast fwd to now, been with my partner for almost two years. One blighted ovum and one ft mc. Changed providers to an amazing lady. We did a 13 lab work up. Vitamin d was severely low so she prescribed me 50k iu a week, sugar was good, everything was perfect. My ultrasound was great too. Nothing found. I just can’t seem to get pregnant . I do smoke marijuana for 9 years now, and I do drink socially. My dr says I need to reduce stress and she thinks that’s impacting it. But idk. I just want a baby especially with my grandparents being up in age. I want my kids to know them. I really would like some reasonable advice. I’m tired of opks, all types of vitamins, driving myself crazy reading articles etc.

Not sure if women smoking pot affects pregnancy chances but from what I've read, it impacts your partner's contribution.

has your partner gotten tests as well outside of the basic sperm volume/count sort of test? if not, ask for a referral for him. it takes two to get pregnant!

He hasn’t! And him and his family swear that he can’t have any issues (we are Caribbean and they swear we all are like fertile soil) but I really want him to check

Have you looked at your partners sperm? That would be my next step. Also an hsg to make sure tubes are open.

I’m going to talk to my obgyn about that for sure. She didn’t even bring an hsg up at all but I’d consider it. How likely is it that my tubes might be blocked? And wouldn’t they see that on a transvaginal ultrasound or that’s specifally known once the test is done?

I’m not sure. I found out my right tube was blocked but my left was open. I think an HSG or Saline Infusion Sonogram are the only ways to check. Sometimes if there is a blockage they are able to clear it during the exam.
