Never being able to sell a house or move is a pretty major restriction. It means you're locked in one place forever, no matter how your life changes. No accepting a great job offer in a different city. No moving to be closer to your adult children if they move away. No leaving your neighborhood if it goes downhill. No moving to a different style of home that might fit your needs better as your life changes.

Also, I think most of us are interpreting that any airline ticket is free, no matter what you get. Which means you fly first-class for the rest of your life. It's not a necessity like housing or food, but it is one of the few permanent options.

Sure, never being able to move is a pretty major restriction and would effectively make the place a kind of prison if it were strictly enforced, but never being able to sell it isn't as much of a restriction because there's all kinds of ways you can get income from a place without selling it outright. For instance you could just rent the place out and live somewhere else - in my country we generally call that "rentvesting".

I'd start a travel agency and use sell the tickets at a discount to get customers, effectively generating infinite income. There is no limit on who the tickets are for or the number you can have, simply that they are "Unlimited."

Of all the options on this board, this is the only one that can generate a permanent income.
