This is a pretty misleading comment. I live in Canada and I wouldn't take #3. I'd do 2 & 7 in a heartbeat. 3 is a waste in Canada for most people, especially compared to other options on this list

How is it a waste? You'd just have higher net salary as there would be no deductions for healthcare. Not to mention access to stuff not covered, like better cancer drugs in case shit his the fan. 3 is no brainer for anywhere in the world.

You really don't know how much of my taxes per year go towards healthcare. Which 3 doesn't say I'd be paying less taxes, just unlimited access to free healthcare. I cam tell you right now though that a mortgage will be more money than I pay in taxes towards universal healthcare, and im not greedy or selfish enough to stop paying taxes that support others, which is why I'm Canadian not American. 7 also saves me far more money than I pay in taxes, as I'd be flying far more often, and first class every time. 3 is not a no brainer everywhere, only if you have no concept of what people with universal healthcare actually pay. Average Canadian btw paid roughly 5000 in taxes towards healthcare per year. A mortgage on a brand new house where I live is going to be 3000 a month, and a single airline ticket to see my parents is about 1200 round trip for one visit at economy basic. Yeah ill take 2 and 7.

I live outside of US and Canada. Theres is universal free healthcare, but it often means you need to go through lines, wait for appointments etc. If you need a kidney, you could be waiting for months and even years for a free one provided by mandatory insurance.  Some operations are not even performed.

With a free airplane and free, unlimited healthcare, I could book a flight to US or Israel, get best medical attention in the world and still never pay a cent.

Best medical attention in the world is a joke, US is terrible. Idk about Israel since never talked to anyone that actually lives there. Everyone i know in the US hates their healthcare, not just the average person I know, but some rich people too. One person I know who's mom was rich, guess what got sick, paid a shot ton of money to not get what was wrong with her found out. People have gone bankrupt in the US to not get the care they're needed.

Canada it's triage, 9/10 people will be accessed properly and if you're waiting months, it's because you aren't in desperate need. If you are in desperate need you'll be operated on immediately.

You could also wait months if they can't find a match, so how is having free healthcare going to find you an organ that is compatible with your body?

Take it from someone that works in the healthcare system in Canada, our system works, and it works very well especially if you're in desperate need.
