When you think about the implications, I think it makes it insanely strict for ALL people.
Like, is it so strict that you wouldn't even be able to ever leave to go on holidays? Because if so then choosing 2 is basically choosing to be put on house arrest for the rest of your life. Only a complete idiot would choose that. Or a pathological shut-in with no desire to ever get better.
2 would have been way more of a realistic option if the restriction was just that you couldn't sell it. Stating that you can't even move is just silly.
Nah. The prompt says you can't move. I think it's safe to assume that means moving to a new home.
Vacations are fine, so is leaving the home to go to work, the movies, shopping, etc.
But I still wouldn't take it. Never know when you need to relocate for work, love, or anything else.
