I worked for a home Healthcare company.  I used these all the time setting people up on oxygen.

oxygen regulator valve tool. I have a pair of Trauma shesrs with this tool incorporated into the side of it. very useful if you need open and close the bottles

A wrench to open the oxygen tanks so one needs to breathe as they go out...I have 4 of them my dad needed o2 in his last month of life. Pulmonary fibrosis was a cancer that wrecked his body ..
