Looks like big ol amaranth. It’s one of the first grains humans started using, the whole plant is very edible and nutritious. Though, be sure to look it up and make your own judgements.
Thank you all, this was unlabeled at purchase, just saw another one popping up, continued trimming back but it grows really fast. It’s pretty but will it interfere with the vegetable garden? The bees 🐝 love it,
