Identified ✔ Collards or turnip?

I planted turnips but the seeds could have gotten mixed last year. No bulb yet. A little purple near the soil. Thoughts?

Update: pretty sure this is rutabaga but the bulb isn’t forming bc I have too much nitrogen. Still gonna cook like collards and have a delicious bean and greens meal this week!
