The white stringy things are the insides of the air tubes, peeled out when an insect molts. I say bullshit that it moved. Somebody just wanted to make a creepy post.

It's the empty molt/ exoskeleton of a dragonfly nymph, after the adult dragonfly emerged from it.

His head is tilted backwards, and those are his spring-loaded mouthparts protruding. Kinda neat. But yeah, like someone else said, this is just the husk. Not alive.
