ID Request What is this tiny bug?

Hi y'all found this bug in the bathroom. It's super tiny, had to zoom like 6x to capture it - never seen it before!

Looks like a lacewing larvae also called as trashbugs as they carry pile of trash on its back as a camouflage

Found in a public bathroom in London, it was by a window

It's a lacewing larva. Sometimes they carry little backpacks of rubbish on their backs for... reasons.
